On white people and anti-racism.

White people are the problem and so we have to fix it by changing our attitude, stereotypes, misconceptions, ignorance, etc. There is no fighting to be done on our part because we have done enough fighting to oppress POC, so the only fighting left to be done is on the part of POC, who are fighting their way to get to the same treatment as non-POC. Fighting and trailblazing from non-POC would be counterproductive because that would still be leaving POC as followers.

We can fight with, but we will not fight for POC. They can handle themselves. Any fighting done will be on their terms.
